Play, Pose and Pranayama (Parent and Child -2.5 to 4 years old)

Yoga practiced in a thoughtful and child friendly way, this program is designed to engage parent and child together in poses and breathing (pranayama), which encourage a balance of physical conditioning with mindful and meditative practice. The element of play is infused in each aspect of the practice to meet the child’s interest -singing, dancing, posing, om-ing and breathing! The overall goal is for parent and child to gain a foundational practice for physical and emotional well-being. Please bring a mat to share with your child.
