Birthday Rental

For families with children ages 0 to 6 years old

Rentals are available for Saturdays and Sundays

• 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
• 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm

Book your child’s next birthday party at West Side Family Place!

With both an indoor and outdoor play space, it’s the best place for any weather condition!

Facilities:
You will have access to our entire facility: kitchen, dining room, living room, indoor playroom with toys, dress-up area, play kitchen, and outdoor enclosed playground with toys and sandpit.

Cost:
$ 225 (members) | $ 275 (non-members)
Damage Deposit $100

Rental requirements:
Renters are responsible for clean-up and taking garbage home (WSFP only has residential garbage allowance). Renters are also responsible for providing their own party supplies: arts and crafts, food, drink, cutlery, etc. (some tables and chairs are available upon request). Please be advised that staff are not on-site during rentals and renters are provided with emergency numbers.

Renters are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the space as it was found. Guidelines are provided when rental is established and confirmed.

Cancellation policy:
Two weeks of notice are required to re-book or to receive a full refund and cancellation (refunds will not be given if cancellation is within two weeks).
