Neurodiverse City

Monthly Meetups

This group provides a space for all families in the community to connect in person, share experiences, and support one another on childhood neurodiversity. Young participants enjoy various themed play-and-learn activities led by a dedicated support team at WSFP. No diagnosis is required to join.

Session Format:

  • 2:00–2:40 PM: Parents and caregivers connect and mingle | Children enjoy free play activities
  • 2:45–3:00 PM: Refreshments served
  • 3:05–4:00 PM: Children return to play (group play / structured activities) | A guest speaker or facilitator host adult discussions

Group sessions are held on the first Sunday of each month. Sundays that fall before Statutory Holidays will be moved to the second Sunday of the month. Changes and updates will be posted on our socials, @westsidefamilyplace.

Registration is required to plan appropriate accommodations and support. New families will be contacted by our program coordinator (radwa@westsidefamilyplace.com) to share their child(ren)’s interests, preferences, and individual support needs, helping us create fun and engaging activities for everyone. The space is wheelchair accessible.
